Why use auxiliary facilities for mechanical seals for kettles? In fluid machinery (such as pumps, compressors, stirring tanks and centrifuges, etc.), the most severe parts of mechanical seals for pumps under working conditions are mechanical seals. Bear the axial force like a thrust bearing; dissipate the generated heat like a heat exchanger. It is already difficult to achieve static sealing in high temperature, high pressure, corrosion-prone parts, and it is even more difficult to achieve dynamic sealing on the sealing end face with a width of several millimeters in high-speed rotation. In order to solve this thorny problem, after long-term practice in Laos, people have found two ways: one is to start with the structure and material of the seal, so that the mechanical seal of the autoclave can adapt to harsh working conditions. The cost of this approach is high, however, it still does not solve the problem fundamentally. Once the seal fails, the consequences are serious. Another way is to improve the working environment through auxiliary facilities. At present, mechanical seals without any auxiliary facilities in actual work are rare. Corresponding auxiliary facilities must be used, such as serial mechanical seals used in high pressure and mechanical seals of high temperature pumps. Through auxiliary facilities, some harsh working environments are changed to those acceptable to the seal, so that the effect of the mechanical seal is greatly improved and the scope of use is wider. The frictional heat generated in the work of the mechanical seal increases the temperature of the seal end face. If the corresponding facilities are not adopted, many adverse consequences will occur.
