Egg Conveyor Components on the Bench – This Is a Customer Sample, and the Kind of Parts We Can Build

This is a customer sample that came through our workshop — a set of non-standard egg conveyor components, sent to us as the reference for what the customer needs. They are not our finished products; they are the things we would build to.

The sample components are for an egg conveyor line, with specific geometry, surface finish, and material combinations — the kind of parts you can't just order off a shelf. When we take on this kind of job, our work is: read the customer's drawing, manufacture the parts in our workshop, and ship them out packaged for the customer's installation team. No off-the-shelf shortcut; no "approximate fit"; the parts go out exactly as the drawing asks.

What you see in the photos is the sample — the parts individually labeled, packed in protective foam, and crated for export. Every label, every foam fit, and every crate dimension was set up so the customer's team could open it on the other side and start installation without rework.

We take this kind of job regularly — non-standard parts built to a customer's drawing or sample, in small or production batches, with the same QC discipline as our mechanical seal line. Custom doesn't mean "slow and approximate" for us; it means "made to the exact thing you asked for, on a schedule you can plan around."

If you have a drawing of a part you need built, send it over — a 2D or 3D file is enough. We'll come back with a manufacturing plan, a sample lead time, and a quote. And as a manufacturer of mechanical seals for rotating equipment, we can also pair the parts with the right mechanical pump shaft seals or OEM replacement mechanical seals if the line needs them.
