A customer in Iraq came back to us this month — the same one who bought a John Crane®-compatible double cartridge metal bellows seal from us years ago. Their unit has been running in oil & gas service ever since, and after all those years on duty, it's now time for a planned overhaul. They didn't want to wait for an original replacement, so they came to us for a full repair kit — and we built it.
