A gear shaft is not just a piece of round bar with teeth cut into it. Tooth count, module, bore diameter, keyway width, surface treatment — every parameter has to match the gearbox it eventually lives in.
So when a customer brings us a drawing for a batch of pinion shafts, we do not just cut the teeth and ship. We machine the full shaft: turning, milling the keyway, hobbing or shaping the teeth, heat-treating if specified, then measuring every critical dimension against the drawing.
The picture you see here is one such batch — over thirty gear shafts in matched sizes, sitting on a wooden pallet ready for shipment. Same batch, same standard, same inspection record.
