The material pipeline should be cleaned before starting to prevent rust impurities from entering the sealed cavity. 4. Rotate the coupling by hand to check whether the shaft rotates easily. If the rotation is heavy, check whether the installation dimensions are correct. 5. Before normal driving, a static pressure test is required to check the sealing effect of the end face of the mechanical seal, the sealing ring and the sealing end cover. If there is any problem, check and solve it one by one. 6. Before the main engine is started, the sealed cavity should be kept full of liquid or sealed medium. If there is a separate sealing system, it should be started, and the cooling water system must also start to circulate. 7. In normal working conditions, the pressure rise and temperature rise can be carried out slowly, and pay attention to the temperature rise and leakage of the end face. If everything is normal, it can be put into production.
