If the leakage is still not reduced after running for 1-3 hours, it is necessary to stop the machine for inspection. 2. Before starting the main engine, it is necessary to check the attached device of the mechanical seal and whether the mechanical seal sliding system for cooling and moistening the kettle is perfect and smooth. 3. The material pipeline should be cleaned before starting to prevent rust impurities from entering the sealed cavity. 4. Move the coupling by hand to check whether the shaft rotates easily. If the disc is heavy, it is necessary to check whether the relevant installation dimensions are correct. 5. Before normal driving, it is necessary to carry out a static pressure test to check the sealing effect of the end face of the mechanical seal, the sealing ring and the sealing end cover. If there are any problems, check and solve them one by one. 6. Before starting the main engine, keep the sealed cavity filled with liquid or sealed medium. If there is a separate sealing system, it should be started, and the cooling water system must also start to flow. 7. Under normal operating conditions, the boosting and heating can be carried out slowly respectively, and pay attention to the temperature rise and leakage of the end face. If everything is normal, it can be put into production and use.
