Mechanical seal equipment is a kind of oil seal equipment for torsion machinery. 1. The radial runout of the imported mechanical seal of the equipment shaft should be≤0.04 mm, the amount of movement of the axial printing and dyeing mechanical seal is not allowed to exceed 0.1 mm;

2. The sealing part of the equipment should be kept clean during installation, the sealing parts should be cleaned, and the sealing end face should be intact to prevent impurities and dust from being brought into the sealing part of the cartridge mechanical seal;

3. It is not allowed to bump or hit during the equipment process, so as to prevent the mechanical seal from being damaged due to collision and sealing failure;

4. During installation, the surface in contact with the seal should be coated with a layer of clean mechanical oil for smooth installation;

5. When installing the static ring gland, it is necessary to tighten the screws evenly to ensure that the end face of the static ring is perpendicular to the axis line;

6. Push the moving ring by hand after installation, so that the moving ring can move sensitively on the shaft and have certain elasticity;

7. Turn the rotating shaft by hand after installation, and there should be no feeling of weight on the rotating shaft;

8. The equipment must be filled with medium before operation to prevent dry contact and seal failure.
