The groove width ratio refers to the ratio of the circumferential width of the groove area to the circumferential width of the groove and weir area on the same radius. Since the width ratio of the groove area is 0 or 1 inch, the sealing end face becomes a flat surface without grooves. Therefore, the value of the groove area width ratio is set between 0 and 1.
