1. The water pump to be repaired will be powered off and listed, and then the water pump will be lifted out of the sump for cleaning.
2. Make a mark between the water pump base and the oil chamber to facilitate installation, and remove the base (the fixed base is three hexagon socket bolts)
3. Remove the bolts fixing the impeller, and remove the impeller with a pull code.
4. The lower end of the oil chamber is fixed by three hexagon socket bolts. Remove the oil chamber and wipe it clean, and remove the original static ring of the mechanical seal.
5. Wipe the water leakage protection point clean, measure the water leakage protection point and the resistance of the water pump shell (the negative value is close to 0.5 megohms)
