The inspection standards for static seals of mechanical seals are considered qualified when they meet the following requirements:

① Observe the equipment and pipelines with eyes, no coking, no smoke, no seepage, no leakage;

② Use soapy water for leak test for instrument equipment and wind leads. There is no air bubbles in key parts, and no more than 5 air bubbles per minute are allowed in general parts;

③ The joint parts of electrical equipment transformers, oil switches, oil-immersed insulated cable heads, etc., should be observed with eyes for no leakage;

④ Turn off the lights at the high temperature parts of the hydrogen system, and there is no flame; use 10mm wide and 100mm long thin paper strips to test for leaks at the low temperature parts, without blowing;

⑤ Gas, ammonia, chlorine and other flammable, explosive or toxic gas systems should be tested for leaks with soapy water, without bubbles or with tip-tight test paper, and the color will not change;

⑥ Leak test with 10mm wide and 100mm long thin paper strips for oxygen, nitrogen and air systems, without blowing phenomenon;

　⑦The steam system is observed with naked eyes, no air leakage and no scale;
