The sealing parts of the equipment should be kept clean during the equipment, the sealing parts should be cleaned, and the sealing end faces should be intact to prevent impurities and dust from being brought into the sealing parts;   3. It is forbidden to hit or hit during the equipment process, so as to prevent the mechanical seal from contacting and damaging and the seal failing;   4. During equipment, the surface in contact with the seal should be coated with a layer of clean mechanical oil, so that the equipment can be smoothly installed;   5. When installing the static ring gland, it is necessary to tighten the screws evenly to ensure that the end face of the static ring is perpendicular to the axis line;   6. Push the moving ring by hand after the equipment, so that the moving ring can move flexibly on the shaft and has a certain elasticity;   7. After the equipment, turn the shaft by hand, and the shaft should not feel heavy;   8. The equipment must be filled with medium before operation to prevent the seal from being ineffective due to dry interference.
