Mechanical seal equipment is a kind of oil seal equipment for rotating machinery. It has higher quality requirements for the equipment that other phase pumps use separate mechanical seals to cooperate with each other. Under the action of the elastic force (or magnetic force) of the pressure and compensation mechanism and the cooperation of the auxiliary seal, the anti-pump cartridge mechanical seal composed of the mechanical seal and the relative sliding is formed to prevent fluid leakage. At the same time, what should be paid attention to when using it?

1. The radial runout of the imported mechanical seal of the rotating shaft of the equipment should be less than or equal to 0.04 mm, and the axial movement of the mechanical seal of printing and dyeing is not allowed to exceed 0.1 mm;

2. The sealing parts of the equipment should be kept clean during the equipment, and the sealing parts should be cleaned, and the sealing end faces should be intact to prevent impurities and dust from the cartridge mechanical seal from being brought into the sealing parts;

3. It is forbidden to hit or hit during the equipment process, so as to prevent the mechanical seal from contacting and damaging and the seal failing;

4. During equipment, the surface in contact with the seal should be coated with a layer of clean mechanical oil, so that the equipment can be smoothly installed;

5. When installing the static ring gland, it is necessary to tighten the screws evenly to ensure that the end face of the static ring is perpendicular to the axis line;

6. Push the moving ring by hand after the equipment, so that the moving ring can move flexibly on the shaft and has a certain elasticity;

7. After the equipment, turn the shaft by hand, and the shaft should not feel heavy or heavy;

8. The equipment must be filled with medium before operation to prevent the seal from being ineffective due to dry interference.
