Circulating flushing of the basic process flushing of the mechanical seal system function:

Circulating flushing refers to the flushing method that uses the principles of circulation wheel (set), pressure difference, thermosyphon to realize the circulation of flushing fluid. Figure 6-12 (f) shows a partial circulation flushing of an impeller. It is often used in occasions where the pressure difference between the pump inlet and outlet is small, and the impeller is used to generate the pressure difference required for liquid circulation. Figure 6-17 is the use of the pumping effect of the circulating wheel mounted on the shaft (sleeve) to draw the medium from the sealed cavity, and then return to the sealed cavity for flushing after being cooled by the heat exchanger. As for the use of the flushing method, it should be determined according to the specific pressure distribution, medium temperature, corrosiveness of the medium, the concentration of interbody particles, and the characteristics of the medium and process requirements.
