Briefly describe the skill requirements for cartridge mechanical seals

Cartridge mechanical seal is a high-precision mechanical component, which has a great impact on the accurate installation and operation of Grundfos mechanical seals and its use of imported mechanical seals. We usually follow the regulations of the Ministry of Petrochemical Industry. Some technical requirements for the cooperation of the pump and the mechanical seal with the cartridge mechanical seal are as follows: 1. Shaft curvature: the maximum is not more than 0.05 mm; 2. Rotor vibration: the vicinity of the shaft sleeve at the moving ring seal is not more than 0.06 mm; 3. The axial movement of the shaft is not allowed to exceed ±0.5 mm. If the cartridge mechanical seal has a shaft sleeve, the shaft sleeve is not allowed to be loose; 4. The alignment error of the coupling: the gear coupling is not greater than 0.08～0.10mm (P2008C), not more than 0.05～0.06mm for elastic coupling;<0.05, radial jump<0.10) 5. The concentricity tolerance of the gland (static ring seat) and the seal cooperating stop to the shaft center line is 0.05 mm, and the straightness value of the plane touching the gasket to the center line is 0.03 to 0.05 mm. If not required, the sealing chamber should be processed; 6. The end of the shaft sleeve of the movable ring seal of the device and the end of the gland (or shell) of the device of the static ring seal should be chamfered and repaired and lubricated.
