At those temperatures an elastomer bellows is out: LN2, LO2, LAR, LNG and liquid CO2 take rubber below its glass transition temperature, where it goes hard and quietly stops sealing. So the bellows here is welded metal — no rubber in the sealing path, nothing that can go brittle at temperature. Both faces are tungsten carbide, backed by PTFE — TC/TC with a PTFE secondary, no carbon anywhere.
