This short video captures every step of the assembly process for a cartridge-type mechanical seal — from face matching and spring preload setting, to O-ring and bellows installation, and final component closure and tightening. Each stage is completed and verified in-house before shipment, ensuring the seal arrives fully pre-assembled and pre-set. On-site, operators simply mount it onto the shaft, tighten the gland, and remove the shipping clips — no adjustments needed, ready to run.
