To keep your SEEPEX BN 5-6L progressing cavity pump delivering the smooth, non-pulsating flow it was commissioned with, Lepu Seal offers a dedicated replacement pump manufactured to the original SEEPEX design data. Dimensions, flange faces, shaft connection and rotor/stator geometry are matched to the genuine machine, so the unit bolts onto your existing baseplate and couples to your existing piping and drive without any rework.

Handling roughly 0.5 – 5 m³/h at pressures up to 6 bar and speeds of 54 – 380 rpm, the BN 5-6L is a proven workhorse for gentle transfer and accurate dosing of sludges, slurries and viscous products. Its full-bore DN65 suction flange allows trouble-free passage of solids and fibrous matter, which makes it a natural fit for wastewater treatment, food and beverage processing, chemical dosing, paper making and marine oily-water service.
