The seal features versatile material combinations: The rotary ring offers options of SUS304/SUS316, silicon carbide, or tungsten carbide, while the stationary ring is available in carbon graphite, silicon carbide, or tungsten carbide configurations, creating optimized tribological pairs. Secondary seals include FKM, NBR, or EPDM elastomers to meet different chemical compatibility requirements. All metal components, including springs, are constructed from SUS304 or SUS316 stainless steel, ensuring long-term durability in corrosive environments.
With a compact design that matches the exact dimensions of the original Aesseal W03, the LPW03 enables direct replacement without equipment modification.
