DGS (Dry Gas Seal) is a major highlight in the mechanical seal industry. The Dry Gas Seal is a non-contact, dry-running mechanical end face seal consisting of a rotating ring and a static ring. During operation, the lifting structure in the rotating ring generates a hydrodynamic lifting force, which separates the static ring and forms a gap between the two rings.
