The sealing forms of desulfurization pump include mechanical seal, packing seal and impeller seal. Mechanical seal is a commonly used sealing form. The moving ring and the static ring are in close contact with the spring along the axial direction to achieve sealing and no leakage. Take care to protect the friction surfaces to avoid wear. The mechanical seal for desulfurization pump is mainly used in coal-fired power generation flue gas desulfurization device, suitable for slurry circulation pump, limestone slurry pump, gypsum slurry discharge pump, mine slag slurry pump, etc. In the design, a large number of standard parts and general parts are used, and the scale of production has been doubled, which has reduced labor costs. In the selection of materials, all precision centrifugal castings are used, the machining allowance is small, the material waste is very small, and the utilization rate can generally reach about 85%. The following mainly talks about the cooling forms of mechanical seals for desulfurization pumps. There are mainly two types. A kind of clean medium that is transported by the outlet or high pressure end of the water pump, directly flushes the sealing end face, and then enters the pump cavity. The second cooling method adds a cooling water jacket to the back of the static ring on the basis of the previous cooling method, the cooling effect is improved, and the leaked liquid can be collected by flushing. When the temperature of the sealing medium is greater than 150°C, in addition to cooling by cooling water in the cooling water jacket and the back of the static ring, forced cooling measures should be taken. That is, the clean medium from the pump outlet should be cooled to 50 ℃ through the heat exchanger in advance. Then enter the sealed cavity for cooling and flushing, which is a better cooling effect.
