Crawling on hot sand with scorched hands and knees, his throat gives a burning pain in every seemingly final breath, only a day\'s travel before he reaches town, A miner stumbled across a cabin.
There is a rusty water pump in the cabin.
Pump handle on top. . .
Crawling on hot sand with scorched hands and knees, his throat gives a burning pain in every seemingly final breath, only a day\'s travel before he reaches town, A miner stumbled across a cabin.
There is a rusty water pump in the cabin.
The pump handle is in a rising position as if waiting for him.
Tied to the handle is a goatskin flask with at least a glass of water in it.
This note is attached to the flask.
Dear traveler, I know how bad this is for you.
That\'s why I drilled the well and built the cabin.
You can drink the water and it will take you to a safe place or, you can venture to pour it on this rusty pump in order to wet the leather gasket, thus enabling you to fill the pump with oil and fill the bottle for the next traveler in need.
The variables look obvious.
Away from the desert, our thirst stopped, and we were able to sit upright and weigh all the factors independently.
For example, we might think, \"it\'s stupid to pour water in a well that might be dry.
\"What if the washing machine is too dry and broken?
\"\" I know, I will drink the bag of water, and I will change it later.
\"The miners don\'t know that there are several basic generation principles in the work.
The miners drank a bag of water and promised that they would come back, leaving more than just a small bottle.
However, he was bitten by a scorpion and died less than 100 yards from town.
You see, when he left, he dispelled the idea that another traveler might need water.
On a website about communication, what is the purpose of this story? Well, (No pun intended)
It\'s about integrity as a communication variable.
When something does not develop as expected, one cannot determine whether it is related to the integrity of a person, or simply a communication problem, until a person eliminates the result because of the imperfection. \"H\'mm. lets see.
What is this broken agreement about?
\"If nothing happens, it is likely that you will only need your protocol-making skills.
For most people, the problem reveals an incomplete, unacknowledged criminal act.
For example: Taking a mechanic as an example, he pays \"expired\" for his monthly rent, and he chooses for his own survival.
The mechanic has valuable tools or TV that he can sell so his landlord doesn\'t have to sell something to meet the mortgage he pays to the bank every month.
But the mechanic thought, \"I keep my tools so I can make some money so I can pay the rent.
\"Over the years, he has not realized that he has this philosophy of survival, the foundation of this existence, and that his own survival is more important than his words.
All those who apply for bankruptcy have this philosophy of survival.
That\'s why they failed.
In the study of communication, you must study the subject of integrity.
Now look at what your philosophy is. 1)
Do you think there is a possible connection between the mechanic not having enough money to pay the rent and the fact that he has not promised to comply with the agreement at all? 2)
Would anyone say you survive at their expense? 3)
Do you have any actions that undermine the financial agreement that would make it difficult for others? —by Kerrith H. (Kerry)
