(4) Impurity removal and filtering function

The fine solid particles, dirt and other impurities in the sealing fluid are very harmful to the mechanical seal, which may cause severe abrasive wear on the sealing end face, and may also block the cold sealing system pipeline. The sealing system has the function of removing impurities and keeping the liquid clean. When the density of the impurities is lower than the density of the liquid medium, a filter can be used to remove the impurities; when the density of the impurities is greater than the density of the liquid medium, a hydrocyclone or a mesh filter can be used to remove the impurities.

(5) Fluid replacement function

It is very difficult to directly seal the gas phase medium and the liquid phase medium that is temperature, toxic, precious, easy to vaporize, easy to crystallize, and solid particles. It can be replaced by a mechanical seal system and a double end face mechanical seal to replace the sealed medium. The medium that is difficult to directly seal is converted into a clean liquid sealing medium with good sealing and lubricating performance.
