②The depth of the dynamic pressure groove on the sealing end face. Theoretical studies have shown that when the depth of the fluid dynamic pressure groove of the gas film seal is the same order of magnitude as the gas film thickness, the gas film stiffness of the seal is the largest. In practical applications, the depth of the dynamic pressure groove of the gas film mechanical seal is generally 3~10um. When the other parameters are determined, the depth of the dynamic pressure tip has an optimal value.

③The number of dynamic pressure grooves on the sealing end face, the width of dynamic pressure grooves, and the length of dynamic pressure grooves. Theoretical research shows that the dynamic pressure effect is the strongest when the number of gas film seal dynamic pressure grooves tends to be infinite. However, when the number of dynamic pressure grooves reaches a certain number, when the number of grooves is increased, the effect on the gas film sealing performance is already small.
