(2) The seal cavity and the gland are connected to determine the tolerance of the straightness of the center line of the shaft (or shaft sleeve) facing the end of the chemical mechanical seal. (3) The end of the shaft (or shaft sleeve) of the moving ring seal of the equipment, the chamfering and smoothness of the end structure of the casing hole of the mechanical seal of the equipment. (4) The axial displacement of the rotating shaft of the mechanical seal during operation. 3. During the mechanical sealing process of the equipment, it should be kept clean, and the sealing elements should not be hit with tools to prevent damage and damage. 4. When installing, the surface of the dynamic and static rings should be coated with a layer of clean engine oil and turbine oil. Auxiliary seals (including moving ring seals and static ring seals) also need to be coated with a layer of clean engine oil or turbine oil before equipment to ensure smooth equipment. 5. Put the static ring sealing ring on the back of the static ring and put it into the sealing end cover. Be careful not to damage the end face of the static ring. Make sure that the end face of the static ring and the center line of the end cover are straight, and pay attention to the anti-rotation groove on the back of the static ring. Align the anti-rotation pins, but do not touch them. 6. The rolling of the mechanical seal is somewhat dependent on the two fixing screws on the spring seat and the shaft is fixed. When tightening the fixing screws, the working length of the spring should be guaranteed. Second, the use of mechanical seals 1. Before starting the main engine, it is necessary to check the attached equipment of the mechanical seal to see if the cooling and lubrication system is well dredged. 2. Before starting, the material pipeline should be cleaned to prevent rust impurities from entering the sealed cavity. 3. Turn the coupling by hand to check whether the shaft rotates easily. If the turning is heavy, check whether the dimensions of the relevant equipment are correct. 4. Before normal driving, it is necessary to carry out a static pressure test to check the sealing effect of the end face of the mechanical seal, the sealing ring and the sealing end cover. If in doubt, check and deal with them one by one. 5. Before starting the main engine, the sealing chamber should be filled with liquid or the sealed medium. If there is a separate sealing system, it should be started, and the cooling water system must also start to flow. 6. Before normal use, perform normal pressure work first to observe whether the temperature rise of the sealing part is normal and whether there is leakage. If there is slight leakage, it can be run for a period of time to make the end face fit more evenly, until the amount of leakage is gradually reduced to normal. as work 1—After 3 hours, if the leakage is still not reduced, you need to park for inspection. 7. Working under normal working conditions, the boosting and heating can be carried out slowly, respectively, and pay attention to the temperature rise and leakage of the end face. If everything is normal, it can be put into production and use. When parking, the main engine should be stopped first, and then the cooling lubrication system should be stopped.
