1. The working principle of the seal requires no impurities inside the seal. Before assembling the seals, the moving ring, static ring, shaft sleeve and other components should be cleaned completely.

2. Check whether there are scratches, cracks and other defects on the surface of the dynamic ring. The existence of these defects will cause serious leakage of the seal. If possible, you can use a special tool to check whether the sealing surface is flat. If the sealing surface is not flat, the pressure water will enter the dynamic ring sealing surface of the assembled seal, separate the dynamic ring, and the seal will fail. If necessary, the tooling can be manufactured and tested for hydraulic pressure before assembly.

3. Check whether the dynamic ring seat has any defects that affect the seal. For example, is there any defect in the matching appearance of the dynamic ring seat and the dynamic ring sealing ring?

4. Check whether the compensation spring of the mechanical seal is damaged and deformed, and whether the tenacity coefficient changes.

5. Check whether there are burrs, groove marks and other defects in the sealing sleeve.

6. Clean and check whether there are cracks, pores and other defects in all sealing rubber rings, and measure whether the diameter of the rubber rings is within the tolerance range.

7. For seals with a pumping mechanism, check whether the helix of the screw pump has defects such as cracks and broken wires.
