1. Before installing the mechanical seal for the kettle, check that the axial movement of the shaft is not more than 0.5rmm, the radial swing is not more than 0.5mm, the perpendicularity between the flange and the axis of the mechanical seal for the kettle is not more than 0.05mm, and the mechanical seal part is not more than 0.05mm. The shaft tolerance is h8. The finish is 1.6.
2. The mechanical sealing device for the kettle adopts the isolation piston self-balancing tank. It has the functions of automatically balancing the sealing pressure in the sealing chamber and automatically replenishing the sealing fluid.
3. The mechanical sealing device for the kettle is suitable for all positive pressure conditions in the kettle. When the working pressure is higher than 0.8Mpa, balanced irrigation should be provided. It can also be used under negative pressure conditions, but the negative pressure conditions require that a one-way valve be installed at the sealed outlet D of the balance tank, which can automatically close under negative pressure to prevent seal backflow.
Fourth, the working principle: 1. The pressure in the kettle is from A to the balance tank B, pushes the bottom of the balance tank piston, the pressure piston rises, and pushes the balance tank to seal the liquid, from the liquid outlet D in the balance tank to the mechanical seal E, into the sealing cavity , until the sealing liquid generates pressure and achieves the purpose of balancing with the pressure in the kettle, so as to play a very reliable sealing effect.
2. During the long-term use of the mechanical seal, the sealing fluid will be consumed to varying degrees. Due to the function of the balance tank piston, the sealing liquid can be continuously and automatically replenished, so as to ensure that the sealing liquid in the sealing chamber is always full. The piston will automatically rise as the balance tank sealing fluid is reduced. Generally, when the piston reference rises to two-thirds, it is necessary to manually press the piston to the bottom in the kettle without pressure. Supplement the sealing fluid through the oil filling bolt C of the balance tank, and at the same time unscrew the air bleed bolt, and then tighten the oil filling and air bleed bolts. 3. In addition to the manual rehydration in the balance tank, the electric pump and the manual pump can also be designed separately, as long as the rehydration system is installed at the bolts where the balance liquid is filled. Both electric and manual pumps can be used to replenish the fluid, and can be forced to replenish under working conditions, thereby ensuring that the mechanical seal will never fail.
5. After the system is installed, check whether the components and joints are in good condition during debugging, and there should be no air leakage or oil leakage. When the pressure in the kettle is greater than 0.3Mpa, moderately loosen the liquid outlet of the balance tank and observe whether the piston benchmark rises. Otherwise, the piston is too tight or stuck. The piston reference bolt can be pryed up with a tool to raise it.
