(2) The verticality tolerance of the sealing chamber and the non-standard mechanical seal of the gland combined with the positioning end facing the center line of the shaft (or shaft sleeve). (3) The end of the shaft (or shaft sleeve) where the moving ring seal is installed, the chamfering and smoothness of the end structure of the housing hole where the mechanical seal is installed (4) The axial displacement of the rotating shaft of the mechanical seal when working 3 . During the installation of the mechanical seal, it should be kept clean, and it is not allowed to hit the sealing element with tools to prevent damage and damage. 4. During installation, the surfaces of the dynamic and static rings should be coated with a layer of clean engine oil and turbine oil. A layer of clean engine oil or turbine oil should also be applied before the auxiliary sealing ring (including the dynamic ring sealing ring and the static ring sealing ring) is installed to ensure smooth installation. 5. Put the static ring sealing ring on the back of the static ring and put it into the sealing end cover. Be careful not to damage the end face of the static ring. Make sure that the end face of the static ring is perpendicular to the center line of the end cover, and pay attention to the anti-rotation groove on the back of the static ring. Align the anti-rotation pins, but do not touch. 6. The rotating part of the mechanical seal is fixed with the shaft by two fixing screws on the spring seat. When tightening the fixing screws, the working length of the spring must be guaranteed. Second, the use of mechanical seals 1. Before starting the main engine, it is necessary to check the attached devices of the mechanical seal and whether the cooling and lubrication system is perfect and smooth. 2. Before starting, the material pipeline should be cleaned to prevent rust impurities from entering the sealed cavity. 3. Move the coupling by hand to check whether the shaft rotates easily. If the disc is heavy, it is necessary to check whether the relevant installation dimensions are correct. 4. Before normal driving, it is necessary to carry out a static pressure test to check the sealing effect of the end face of the mechanical seal, the sealing ring and the sealing end cover. If there are any problems, check and solve them one by one. 5. Before starting the main engine, keep the sealed cavity filled with liquid or sealed medium. If there is a separate sealing system, it should be started, and the cooling water system must also start to flow. 6. Before normal use, perform normal pressure operation to observe whether the temperature rise of the sealing part is normal and whether there is leakage. If there is slight leakage, you can run in for a period of time to make the end face fit more evenly, until the amount of leakage gradually decreases to normal. If the leakage is still not reduced after 1-3 hours of operation, it is necessary to stop and check. 7. Under normal operating conditions, the boosting and heating can be carried out slowly respectively, and pay attention to the temperature rise and leakage of the end face. If everything is normal, it can be put into production and use. When parking, the main engine should be stopped first, and then the cooling and lubrication system should be stopped.
