1. The maximum curvature of the shaft should be less than 0.07mm. Check the runout of the surface of the seal chamber, and the runout of the surface of the seal chamber should not exceed 0.13mm.

2. If the surface of the sealing chamber is not perpendicular to the shaft, it may cause mechanical seal failure. Because the sealing gland is fixed on the sealing gland by bolts, the sealing chamber jumps too much, causing the installation of the gland to tilt, which in turn causes the static ring to tilt, causing the entire seal to shake abnormally.

3. The mechanical seal and the auxiliary seal of the shaft or sleeve will also intensify the wear, and the abnormal shaking of the seal will also cause the wear and fatigue of the metal bellows or the transmission pin, resulting in premature failure of the seal.

Cooling is to protect the mechanical seal and prevent the sealing surface from burning out. In fact, water can be recycled and reused in a unified way. After passing through the cooling tower, it can be reused repeatedly. Ordinary tap water can be used instead of pure water.

The main reason for the cooling of the mechanical seal is that the rotating speed is too high, causing the temperature to rise, which will cause damage to both the moving ring and the static ring seal. If the cooling water is not used and the mechanical seal is replaced, not to mention the price and cost, time will have to be delayed for maintenance.
