Basic Guidelines for Model Selection of Mechanical Seals

1. According to the working pressure of the sealed inner cavity, it is clear that the sealing structure should be balanced or unbalanced, single inner hole or double inner hole, etc.

2. According to the working speed, the rotary table type or the stationary type, the liquid gas pressure type or the non-contact type are clearly selected.

3. According to the temperature and liquid characteristics, clarify the friction pair and auxiliary sealing materials, and properly select the maintenance system software of mechanical seal circulation system such as lubricating, cleaning, thermal insulation, refrigeration, etc.

4. According to the reasonable indoor space for installation and sealing, clearly choose multi-bounce or single-bounce or wave spring, built-in or external-installed.
