Installation steps of cartridge mechanical seal

Cartridge mechanical seal can also be called cartridge seal or cartridge mechanical seal. 1. Confirm whether the working parameters of the equipment medium are in line with the technical parameters of the installed seal. Lubricate the shaft and O-rings and place the machine seal over the shaft.
2. Apply clean lubricating oil to the O-ring on the machine seal and the passage of the O-ring on the shaft, and push the locking ring to realize the machine seal sliding on the shaft.
3. Tighten the gland of the cartridge mechanical seal symmetrically and evenly, and be sure to confirm that it has been tightened.
4. Evenly tighten the hexagon socket head cap screws on the fixing ring of the mechanical seal until it is fastened.
5. Remove the three positioning blocks and save them.
6. Rotate the shaft in the direction of the shaft rotation to determine whether the mechanical seal runs smoothly and smoothly, and listen to the mechanical seal and whether there is any abnormal noise in the sealing cavity. If it is necessary to disassemble the mechanical seal and reinstall it.
7. Before starting the equipment, take all necessary precautions to prevent dry friction of the cartridge mechanical seal during sealing operation.
